Eligibility Criteria 

  • Non-Chinese citizens in good health

  • Bachelor’s Degree Applicants: High school diploma, under 25 years old

  • Master’s Degree Applicants: Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years old

  • Ph.D. Degree Applicants: Master’s degree, under 40 years old

  • Non-Degree Program Students: Under 45 years old

  • Non-recipient of other scholarships

Required Application Materials:

  • Valid passport (with a residence permit if in China)

  • Highest degree certificate or pre-graduation letter (original required upon arrival)

  • Transcripts

  • "Physical Examination Record for Foreigners"

  • Non-criminal record certificate or performance letter/Non-objection certificate (if in China)

  • Proof of language proficiency

  • Study plan (for Bachelor’s) or research plan (for Master’s and Ph.D.)

  • Two recommendation letters (signed by professors, except for undergraduates)

  • Conditional acceptance letter (preferred)

  • Additional certificates (academic achievements, sports or cultural activities)

  4. Pay the Application Fee:
    After passing the preliminary review, pay the 400 RMB application fee through the online system. This fee is non-refundable.
