This international recognition program celebrates individuals under the age of 30 who have shown early career achievements, innovative thinking, and leadership potential across various areas—such as advertising, content and product, audience development, business intelligence, and overall newsroom leadership.
About the INMA 30 Under 30 Awards
Every year, INMA searches for 30 young professionals from around the world whose work is transforming the future of news media. The award aims to highlight the voices of Millennials and Gen Z—those who are reimagining media in the digital era, reshaping news brands, and revitalising workplace culture.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the INMA 30 Under 30 Awards 2025:

Applicants must be under the age of 30 as of 1 September 2025.

They should be currently employed by a news media organisation.

Must showcase professional achievements and innovative contributions to the field.

Should have strong interpersonal and leadership qualities—such as creativity, teamwork, hunger for knowledge, and a forward-thinking mindset.
Note: If you're over 30, you can still participate by nominating a deserving colleague through the same application form.
