Eligibility Criteria

    • PhD Students: Must be pursuing higher education outside Slovakia and accepted by a Slovak institution for research or study.

    • University Teachers, Researchers, and Artists: Must be invited to a stay in Slovakia by a recognized institution for academic or artistic work.


Financial Benefits of NSP 2025:

The scholarship covers living costs, including accommodation and meals, and provides a monthly allowance depending on the applicant's category:

  • Master's Students: €620 per month

  • PhD Students: €1025.50 per month

  • University Teachers, Researchers, or Artists:

    • Without a PhD (less than 4 years of experience): €1025.50 per month

    • With a PhD and less than 10 years of experience: €1370 per month

    • With a PhD and more than 10 years of experience: €1470 per month

Additionally, students and PhD students may be eligible for travel allowances if they apply along with their NSP scholarship application.
