Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the MENA Scholarship Programme 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a citizen and resident of a participating MENA country.

  • Be currently residing and working in their country of citizenship.

  • Submit an employer’s statement in the Nuffic-required format.

  • Possess a valid passport for at least 3 months after submission.

  • Provide a government statement (if applicable) based on the employer's country.

  • Be 45 years or younger at the time of the application submission.

  • Have not received more than one MSP scholarship for overlapping courses.


Application Process

Follow these steps to apply for the MENA Scholarship Programme 2025:

  1. Choose a Course: Select an eligible short course offered by a Dutch institution participating in the MSP.

  2. Apply to the Course: Submit an application directly to the selected Dutch institution.

  3. Submit Scholarship Application: After applying for the course, apply for the MENA Scholarship through the institution's designated application process.

  4. Prepare and Submit Documents: Ensure you provide all necessary documents, including a valid passport, employer’s statement, and a government statement if required.
