Who Can Apply?

For Bachelor’s Degree Applicants:

  • Must not be a citizen of Kazakhstan

  • Must have completed secondary education with strong academic performance

For Master’s Applicants:

  • Non-Kazakh nationality

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0)

  • Must provide a language proficiency certificate

For Ph.D. Applicants:

  • Non-Kazakh nationality

  • Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent (GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0)

  • Must provide a language proficiency certificate

Required Documents

For All Levels (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD):

  • Valid passport

  • Academic transcripts & certificates

  • Motivation essay (in Kazakh, Russian, or English)

  • Two recommendation letters

  • Medical certificate confirming good health

  • Letter of invitation from a Kazakhstan university

  • Application form

  • For Master’s & PhD: Language proficiency certificate

Application Process

  1. Visit the official ENIC-Kazakhstan website.

  2. Navigate to the Scholarships section.

  3. Select the relevant programme and upload your documents.

  4. Complete the application form that appears after document submission.

  5. Once approved, register and log in to your applicant portal.

  6. Take the psychological assessment online.

  7. If successful, you’ll receive an interview invite via Zoom.
