The Future Global Leaders (FGL) Fellowship is open to international students worldwide who wish to pursue undergraduate studies in the USA. This fellowship is aimed at highly ambitious first-year undergraduate students from underprivileged backgrounds who have demonstrated exceptional resilience and academic success. These students must be driven to become influential global leaders and understand that their impact on the world correlates with the power and influence they amass. The FGL Fellowship offers a range of invaluable opportunities to its recipients. The primary goal is to nurture their development and prepare them for membership in the Fortis Society. The Fortis Society aims to connect future leaders—united by merit rather than privilege—by establishing a powerful global network that will help them achieve unparalleled success, power, and influence. Upon completing the program, FGL Fellows join the Fortis Society, the world’s first private network of diverse leaders committed to supporting one another’s success and improving the world. Our FGL Fellows are currently excelling in fields like finance, entrepreneurship, politics, international affairs, computer science, engineering, and more. The fellowship officially begins in early August with a mandatory 20-day leadership training that combines an intense curriculum with physical and mental challenges in the wilderness, fostering both leadership skills and strong peer relationships.
